Kwesi Papa is an associate in the Commercial Disputes Resolution team of ENSafrica. He is qualified to practice in England and Ghana, and specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, particularly employment, product liability, credit management and corporate-governance disputes. His young and contemporary approach to dealing with legal matters reflects in the sound advice given to clients on a range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, arbitration and public health.
Kwesi Papa has worked at the Parliament of Ghana where he had firsthand experience in the legislative process which shaped his understanding of not only the black letter law but the practical realities and considerations that go into law making. This experience coupled with his commercial awareness is core to his pragmatic approach to solving problems.
He is a member of the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple, Ghana Bar Temple and an alumnus of Mfantsipim School.
