EUGENE SAI JOHNSONCHAIRMAN
Mr. Eugene Sai Johnson is an astute banker with over 20 years’ experience Corporate, SME and Microfinance working in various institutions. He is currently a senior consultant to a number of Non-Bank Financial Institutions Ghana. Prior to this Eugene worked in senior management positions, as a consultant with the World Bank and Head of Risk at Opportunity International, and in senior management position management in Corporate and Credit Risk management at Fidelity Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Limited, Stanbic Bank Ghana and the Trust Bank Ghana Limited.
Mr. Johnson has been involved in loan syndications worth millions of US Dollars for Ghanaian government organizations and corporations, structured project and trade financing for several multinationals, Large Corporate and Medium Sized Businesses and attended several international conferences in the Netherland, UK, US, South Africa, Uganda and Kenya.
In addition to his banking and corporate experiences, Mr. Johnson has also spent a considerable amount of time working within the educational sphere. This includes lecturing at the university and facilitating for corporate in capacity building in the area of Project Finance, Credit & Risk Management, Entrepreneurship and Project Management. He therefore brings with him vast experience in credit management and corporate consulting.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, Advanced Diploma in Credit Management from the Damelin School of Banking in South Africa and BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana
