Proven track record as a visionary and resourceful team player with resilient appetite for corporate excellence and demonstrated ability to re-organize and streamline business operations to drives the realization of strategic targets, boost market share growth and, harness financial leverage to accelerate assured bottom-line gains and cost savings.
Prior to joining West One Microfinance Limited (WML), he was the Fund Operations Manager at Enterprise Life Insurance and Proseed Company Limited as a Financial Controller. Currently, he is in charge of the finance department at WML. As Finance Officer his role is to support the management team in aligning financial initiatives to achieve the strategic goals of the bank by developing and implementing tactical financial plans, robust financial controls, budgeting/forecasting, treasury and business risk management, cash flow stability, cost control, analysis and corporate reporting in line with IFRS, supporting staff development and also maintaining healthy rapport with key corporate stakeholders.
Captain is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and an associate member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE) with specialization as an Economic Policy Analyst. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Ghana (UGBS), Legon.
