Kakra is a dynamic, hardworking, reliable, highly organized and an enthusiastic, professional with 5 years working experience and a good knowledge in the financial and non-financial operations of the banking sector in Ghana.

Prior to joining West One Microfinance Limited (WML), Kakra had several experiences with other financial institutions as an Accounts officer and Back officer and had oversight over the duties of the Tellers and Customer service and also for monitoring and booking of both Credit and Investments at ASN Financial Service and First Rate Microfinance.

Currently as the Operations officer, she is responsible for the branch’s customer service relations and the smooth running of the operations of the branch so as to achieve the goals of the organization.

Kakra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA).
